Simply break the seal on one side of your nail, drop the oil onto each nail and rub it underneath the broken seal from one side of the nail to the other, gently lifting the strip as you go. You can do this using a cuticle pusher, orange stick, cotton bud, thin paintbrush, whatever you have to hand.
